针刺治疗中风偏瘫1620例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 1620 Cases of Apoplectic Hemiplegia with Treatment of Acupuncture

中风偏瘫在各个不同病期,病理随之而有相应的改变,依据病程长短,采用分三期针刺治疗可以提高疗效,笔者在1987年第7期《中医杂志》《论偏瘫的分三期针刺治疗》一文,已从理论作一探讨,现将所针刺治疗的1620例。

The author used acupuncture to treat 1620 casesof apoplectic hemiplegia who were at random dividedinto treated group and control group.In the former,acupuncture was performed on both healthy and aff-ected sides in terms of 3 stages while in the latter,acupuncture was only offered on the affected side.After the treatment statistical processing revealednoticeable difference between the two groups (P<0.01),indicating that the 3-stage acupuncture trea-tment is able to raise up the therapeutical effect.
