超高层屋面管桁架整体提升施工技术

摘要 高层建筑钢结构施工工艺复杂,需要严格把控关键工序的质量和安全。对于超高层屋面的钢结构施工,施工工艺难度更大,精度要求更高。通过采用有别于传统钢结构施工的整体提升施工技术,即将分段拼装的钢结构在拼装平台上整体拼装,利用液压提升系统来实现钢结构的高空就位,该技术具有施工简洁、方便、安全、工期短、工程质量容易保证等优点,可作为类似工程施工的借鉴。 The construction technology of high-rise building steel structure is complex,and the quality and safety of key processes must be strictly controlled. For the steel structure construction of super high-rise roof,the construction technology is more difficult and the accuracy requirement is higher. By adopting the whole lifting construction technology which is different from the traditional steel structure,the steel structure is assembled on the assembly platform,and the hydraulic lifting system is used to realize the high altitude of the steel structure. This technology has the advantages of simple construction,convenient,safe,short time and easy to guarantee the quality of the project. The reference for similar project construction.
