浅析参数化BIM技术在双曲面帷幔幕墙中的应用

摘要 双曲面幕墙结构,异形材料下料及精确安装是一个关键问题,世界妈祖文化论坛旅游项目帷幔幕墙为双曲面结构,每根帷幔铝方通弯曲半径及弧长均不相同,生产时开模费用高且生产效率低下,施工时骨架定位安装难度很大;利用参数化BIM技术进行设计优化和施工优化,可以解决帷幔幕墙下料、生产及安装难题,获得良好的经济效益和工期效益。 The materials laying off and precise installation of the hyperboloidal curtain wall structure are key problems. The curtain wall of Global Mazu Culture Forum Tourism Project is hyperboloidal structure,with unequal each bending radius and arc length of each veil aluminum rectangular tube,so the moulding cost is great and the production efficiency is low. It is difficult to install the skeleton during construction. Parameterized BIM technology was applied for design optimization and construction optimization,so these problems of material production and installation of the curtain wall can be solved and great economic and industrial benefits can be obtained.
