减振器能量特性评价与试验研究

摘要 介绍了减振器能量耗散特性工作原理,并提出了示功总能量、示功能量比以及示功饱满度3个减振器能量耗散性能评价指标;基于Lab VIEW平台实现减振器能量特性曲线编程,通过对减振器施加不同激励速度,得到减振器能量特性曲线图,并利用提出的减振器能量耗散评价指标对其能量特性进行分析。结果表明:减振器开阀和畸变影响减振器能量曲线梯度,能量耗散性能评价指标可对减振器能量特性进行评价。 At first,the working principle of shock absorber on energy dissipation characteristics was introduced,and three evaluation indexes on energy dissipation performance of shock absorber were put forward,including total energy of indicator,energy ratio and plumpness. Based on Lab VIEW platform,the energy characteristic curve programming of shock absorber was realized. The energy characteristic curve of shock absorber was obtained by applying different incentive speed on shock absorber,and the evaluation indexes on energy dissipation of shock absorber were proposed to analyze the characteristics of energy. The results show that the energy curve gradient of shock absorber is affected by the valve opening and the distortion of shock absorber,and the evaluation index on energy dissipation performance can be used to evaluate the energy characteristics of shock absorber.
