摘要
在目前研发的一种高度集成化的机电液新产品中,拟采用外啮合齿轮泵,其对外啮合齿轮泵提出了更高的设计要求,需要对外啮合齿轮泵进行深入的研究。针对大侧隙外啮合齿轮泵的主动轮所受液压径向力进行研究,将主动轮分为4个区域,对每个区域的液压径向力进行了深入的理论分析,并用Matlab计算出理论值,再用CFD软件PumpLinx进行流场仿真并进行比较,为齿轮泵进一步的优化设计提供依据。
In the development of a highly integrated new electro-hydraulic product,external gear pump is used,which demand for higher design quality to external gear pump. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out an in-depth research on external gear pump. Research was aimed at the hydraulic radial force acting on the driving wheel of the large backlash gear pump,the driving wheel was divided into 4 zones,the hydraulic radial force of each region was analyzed theoretically in-depth,and the theoretical values were calculated by Matlab. Then a Computational Fluid Dynamics( CFD) software Pump Linx is used to simulate the flow field and compared,which provide the basis for further optimization design of gear pump.
