摘要
先进通信网络及基础通信设备是实现智能制造的核心技术。在分析典型工业现场总线等通信系统问题的基础上,提出了FMS移动通信网络需求;在业务负载、节点规模及移动速度等FMS约束条件及OPNET仿真环境下,基于分组传送率、路由开销和平均端到端延迟等指标对3种典型自组网路由协议进行了性能对比分析;基于嵌入式硬件平台及专用路由操作系统搭建了FMS无线通信网络,验证了FMS无线自组网性能及实际应用效果。文中路由协议性能分析是FMS应用及自组网优化的基础工作,其结果对FMS及智能制造通信系统设计具有普遍借鉴意义。
Advanced communication network and basic communication equipment are the core technologies of implement for intelligent manufacturing. Based on the analysis of problems in typical industrial fieldbus communication system,the requirement of,Flight Management System( FMS) mobile communication network is put forward. Three typical ad-hoc network routing protocols were selected,their performance comparison based on the average packet delivery ratio,routing overhead and end-to-end delay was made with the FMS constraints of business load,node number and node movement speed and under OPNET simulation environment. FMS mobile ad-hoc network based on embedded hardware platform and special routing operation system( OS) was set up,and the practical application effect was verified. Performance evaluation of different model routing protocols is basic works of FMS application and ad-hoc network optimization,and the results are useful for the communication system design of FMS and intelligent manufacturing in general.
