摘要 当前,在各大高校的数控技术教学过程中,都或多或少存在教学实践条件不足的现状,针对当前问题,提出将嵌入式技术与数控技术相结合,采用ARM微处理器加专用运动控制芯片的方案,设计开发了集G代码存储与加工、脱机仿真与在线控制等功能于一体的桌面雕刻机系统。在硬件层面,该雕刻机系统的功能融合与结构分离,保证了运动控制系统的可靠性与可重构性;在软件层面,采用模块化和多任务编程模式,确保运动控制器的功能性和可扩展性。实践证明:该桌面雕刻系统方案可行,运行稳定,价格低廉,具有一定的参考意义。 At present,in the teaching process of NC technology in major universities,there are more or less problems in the teaching practice. In view of the current problems,the combination of embedded technology and numerical control technology was put forward. using ARM microprocessor and special motion control chip program,a desktop engraving machine system that integrated a set of G code storage and processing,offline simulation and online control functions was designed and developed. The functional integration and structural separation of the hardware level guaranteed the reliability and reconfigurability of the motion control system. At the software level,modular and multitasking programming modes were used to ensure the functionality and scalability of the motion controller. The Practice proves that the desktop carving system program is feasible,stable operation,low price and has a certain reference significance.
