摘要
针对角接触球轴承在实际运行工况下的接触特性,以7008C型号轴承为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对其滚动体与滚道接触部分的网格进行局部细化,将分析结果与Hertz理论解相对比,验证有限元方法的适用性。并分析了滚道硬化对接触应力的影响,分析结果显示滚道硬化能够提升等效应力和最大接触应力,但是提升效果并不明显,而且随着硬化深度的增加,应力的增大逐渐减缓。
In view of the contact characteristics of angular contact ball bearings under the actual operating conditions,the model7008 C bearing was taken as the research object,and ANSYS Workbench was used to analyze the contact characteristics. The grid of the roller and the contact portion of the raceway was partialy refined,and analysis results was compared with the Hertz values to verify the applicability of the finite element method. The effect of raceway hardening on contact pressure was analyzed. The results show that raceway hardening can improve the equivalent stress and the maximum contact stress,but the effect is not obvious,and as the increaseing of the hardening depth,the stress increases slowly.
