摘要 利用ADAMS建立滚珠丝杠副的接触碰撞模型,以期达到对滚珠丝杠副的动力学进行分析和研究。首先利用Solidworks建立滚珠丝杠副的三维模型,将三维模型导入ADAMS环境下定义为接触碰撞模型,然后对模型进行仿真计算,在完成滚珠运动轨迹仿真的基础上,讨论了转速和轴向载荷对滚珠撞击返向器的影响。将讨论分析的结论与实验测量结果进行对比,验证了此仿真分析的准确性。为今后对滚珠丝杠副动力学分析及振动与噪声的研究提供了新的有效方法,具有较好的应用价值。 In order to analyze and research on dynamics of ball screw,the contact impact model of ball screw based on ADAMS is established. Firstly,three-dimensional( 3D) model of ball screw was established using Solideworks software,then it was inputted into the ADAMS environment to define a contact impact model,which would be simulated and calculated. Based on the simulation of ball motion trajectory,the effects of speed and axial load on the ball impact return device were discussed. The results of the analysis are compared with the experimental results,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation analysis. It provides a new effective method for the dynamic analysis and vibration and noise research for ball screw in the future,which has a good application value.
