小肽螯合铁对仔猪补铁效果的研究

Effect of small peptide chelated iron on iron supplementation in piglets

试验旨在研究及探讨小肽螯合铁对仔猪的补铁效果。选用杜长大三元杂交母猪60头,试验周期为56d,研究妊娠母猪饲粮中添加小肽螯合铁以及仔猪口服小肽螯合铁对仔猪血红蛋白(Hb)浓度、血清总铁结合力(TIBC)、血清转铁蛋白(TRF)和血清铁(SI)的影响。结果表明,妊娠母猪饲粮中添加小肽螯合铁可以显著提高仔猪Hb浓度(P<0.05)和SI浓度,降低仔猪TIBC浓度和TRF浓度,妊娠后期母猪饲喂小肽螯合铁可以通过胎盘和乳汁增加仔猪体内的铁含量,满足出生仔猪对铁的需求。

We studied the effects of small peptide chelated iron on iron supplementation in piglets pig.Choosed sixty crossedbred（Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine）pigs,the feeding trial lasted for 56 days.The effects of small peptide chelated iron in the diet of pregnant sows and piglets,on hemoglobin（Hb）concentration,serum total iron binding capacity（TIBC）,serum transferrin（TRF）and serum iron（SI）were studied.Adding small peptide chelated iron in the diet of pregnant sows could significantly improve the piglets＇ concentration of Hb（P〈0.05）and SI,reduce the piglets＇ concentration of TIBC and TRF.Small peptide chelated iron feeding sows in late pregnancy could increase the content of piglets＇ iron through the placenta and milk,which can meet the demand for iron of piglets.
