摘要 对比MEPC.232(65)和MEPC.262(68)对最小推进功率的第一层评估方法 ,以37 000 DWT沥青船为例,研究其满足EEDI和最小推进功率时主机选取的SMCR。通过第二层评估方法对37 000 DWT沥青船主机最小推进功率进行评估,并得到一系列结论,为主机最小推进功率评估方法的修订和部分类似船型的推进方案设计提供一定的参考。 The contrast of the assessment level one for minimum propulsion power between MEPC.232(65) and MEPC.262(68) was made in the paper. Taking a 37 000 DWT asphalt tanker as an example,SMCR value was calculated in accordance with the requirement of EEDI and minimum propulsion power. An assessment of the vessel based on the assessment level two was carried out. Several conclusions were obtained which might serve as reference for the revision of such assessment method and the proposal design of similar vessels.
