Structure Fireproof Design of ROPAXs

防火设计是客滚船设计中的一项重要内容,是为船员和乘客提供一道生命财产保障。总结了客滚船火灾的成因,介绍了客滚船防火系统的构成及规范要求,重点阐述了客滚船防火分隔,尤其对于主竖区和水平区、滚装处所、救生设备、大型舱室、脱险通道、梯道环围等处所的防火要求进行了分析,进而介绍防火分隔的实现方式,包括绝缘、甲板敷料、挡风条及防火材料的使用等,为客滚船的防火设计提供参考。

The fireproof design is an important part of ROPAX＇s design and a guarantee of life for the crews and passengers. This article summarized the causes of the fire on ROPAXs,introduced the constitution of fire protection and rules requirements,focused on the fire division and especially analyzed the fireproof division of main vertical zone and horizontal zone,ro-ro spaces,life saving appliance spaces,large cabin,means of escape and enclosed stairway. Then it also introduced the realization form of the fireproof division,including insulation,deck covering,draft stops,use of fire protection materials,which may serve as reference for ROPAX＇s fireproof design.
