摘要 30 000 DWT载货教学实习船是兼有多用途重吊和航海教学实习功能的船舶。阐述了载货教学实习船的结构设计特点。多用途船因货舱开口大,设计前期的舱口变形预估和控制对设计至关重要。通过有限元直接计算,对船体构件进行强度评估。在不同的设计阶段对实习船进行振动的估算,并依据估算结果,及时调整、优化,使振动水平能够满足相关标准的要求。 The 30 000 DWT cargo training ship was designed as a seafaring training vessel with heavy-lift cranes.This paper briefly introduced the main characteristics of the structure design. As for the multi-purpose vessels with large openings,forecast and control of hatch deformation is very important to the design. The strength evaluation of hull was carried out by direct calculation of finite element method. Vibration was estimated in different design stages.And based on the evaluation results,the design proposal was timely adjusted and optimized. The vibration level could satisfy the requirements of relevant standards.
