An evaluation on the existing brick-concrete structure of some apartment building in Taiyuan

通过对太原市某单身公寓楼现有砖混结构的检测,介绍了该建筑墙体砌筑砂浆及混凝土构件材料抗压强度等级,指出部分混凝土构件内部钢筋已经出现了严重的锈蚀,同时针对本结构的鉴定结果提出了相应的评估和加固建议。

The examination on the existing brick-concrete structure of some apartment building for the singles in Taiyuan showed that the compressive strength was lower than the requirement of the masonry mortar of the building walls and the materials of concrete members and that there was serious corrosion within the internal rebar of some concrete members. The author made evaluation and offered advice to strengthen the structure according to the examination results.
