温州七都大桥北汊桥主墩桩基施工关键技术研究

Research on key technology of main pier foundation construction of North bridge of Qidu bridge in Wenzhou

针对七都大桥北汊桥水中桩基的实际施工,介绍了栈桥钢平台施工、钢护筒打设、成孔工艺选型、泥浆制备及存储、钢筋笼加工及安装、桩基桩头处理等方面的关键技术,提出了针对钢护筒难打设、成孔中易漏浆、钢筋笼难固定等方面的可行解决措施。

In view of the actual construction of the pile foundation in the North bridge of Qidu bridge,this paper introduces the key technologies of the construction of the trestle bridge and steel platform,the inserting of the steel tube,the selection of the hole drilling technology,the preparation and storage of the slurry,the processing and installation of the reinforcing cage,the treatment of the pile head,and puts forward feasible solutions of the steel casings inserting,the slurry leaking in the hole drilling,the fixing of the reinforcing cage.
