通过介绍国内外常用的工程项目管理模式,对比分析了不同模式的优缺点,并针对我国国情和建设市场的实际情况,分析了我国工程项目管理的现状,探究适合中国建设工程项目可操作性的管理模式,为逐渐完善我国建设工程项目管理工作提供有益的思路。

Through introducing the commonly used construction project management modes at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of different models are compared and analyzed. Based on the actual situation of China＇s national conditions and construction market,analyzed the status quo of China＇s construction project management,and explored the operational management mode suitable for China＇s construction projects,which provided useful ideas for the gradual improvement of China＇s construction project management.
