摘要
通过分析当前城建档案管理的现状及工作中存在的问题,结合工作实际,从引进先进档案管理理念、人员素质提升、加强政府部门的监督、管理制度的完善等方面,提出相关改善措施,并探讨了电子化管理的发展趋势。
Through analyzing current urban construction archive management status and existing problems,combining with working practice,the paper puts forward relevant improving measures from aspects of introducing archive management concept,improving personnel quality,strengthening governmental department supervision and improving management system,and explores the development trend of electronic management.
