摘要
根据BIM技术和装配式建筑的融合现状及各自的特点,探讨了BIM技术在装配式建筑全寿命周期中的应用,指出BIM技术提高了装配和施工运行维护阶段的设备维护管理水平,从而促进中国建筑业向更好、更快的方向发展。
According to the integral status and characteristics of BIM technology and assembly-style building,the paper explores the application of BIM technology in assembly-style building whole-life cycle,and points out advantages of BIM technology,such as improving the equipment maintenance management level at assembly and construction operation phases,so as to promote better and faster development of building industry.
