摘要
对企业劳动用工管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了对应的解决策略,可以缓解企业用工中遇到的劳资纠纷问题。由于企业追求利益最大化,希望大幅度降低成本,招收了大量的廉价劳动力,导致了巨大的管理问题。通过对这些问题进行研究,希望为企业提供一个正确的发展方向,创造出更多的经济效益。
Analyzes the problems existing in the management of labor employment in enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions. Can ease the labor disputes encountered in the employment of enterprises. As companies pursue the maximization of their profits,they hope to significantly reduce their costs and beckon a lot of cheap labor,leading to huge management problems. Through the study of these issues,this article hopes to provide a correct direction for enterprises to create more economic benefits.
