This paper analyzed the main problems in building engineering management,elborated the application and development of innovation mode of building engineering management from the standardizing and perfecting the process and steps of building engineering management,establishing and perfecting the responsibility system of professional managers,strengthening the operation design and other aspects,aiming at promoting the transformation of building engineering management to modernization industry.
