数控冲床液压系统的二维云模型控制研究

摘要 随着云模型在智能控制领域的发展,其在实用性和工程领域的受到越来越多的重视,针对数控高速转塔冲床液压系统存在非线性摩擦阻力,时变参量多,振动及液压冲击等干扰因素尝试运用二维云模型控制器控制器优化数控冲床液压系统。考虑到可能影响冲压稳定性的非线性因素如摩擦、零飘、滞环、负载特性、死区与限幅、油温与油压的变化等,通过AMESim-Simulink联合仿真平台建立基于云模型的数控转塔冲床的仿真模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明在云模型在控制器下的液压系统的稳定性和抗干扰能力都有所提高。 Because of the interference factors such as nonlinear friction resistance,time-varying parameters,vibration andhydraulic impact,a two-dimensional cloud model controller is applied to optimize the hydraulic system of CNC punch machine.Considering the possible effects of stamping stability nonlinear factors such as friction,zero drift,hysteresis,load characteristics,and dead time limiting,oil temperature and oil pressure etc,the AMESim-Matlab simulation platform is used to simulate the hydraulic system. The simulation results show that by comparing with the conventional PID controller,the two-dimensional can significantly improve the stability of the system,the response of the piston displacement in the three stages of the hydraulic system underthe cloud model is reduced.
