摘要
集装箱起重机结构大车车轮跳脱轨是一种常见的地震破坏形式,跳脱轨破坏通常认为是由于岸桥轮压失稳发生车轮跳轨所导致。为研究岸桥在地震激励下的跳脱轨行为,通过岸桥缩尺模型的振动台测试来验证岸桥结构跳轨临界指标的合理性。缩尺岸桥模型振动台测试数据显示,绝大多数发生跳轨响应工况下所计算得到的跳轨响应指标值大于2种理论跳轨临界指标,即临界重心水平加速度和临界门框水平位移,表明这2种跳轨临界指标可作为判断岸桥是否发生跳脱轨的依据。
Uplift and deraihnent of wheels of container crane structures' cart is one of common destroy formats under seismic excitations, and wheel pressure instability is generally considered as the reason of uplift and deraihnent. In order to study uplift and deraihnent behavior of the quayside container crane under seismic excitations, the rationality of the critical index of uplift and deraihnent of quay crane structures is verified by using the vibration table test of the scale model of the quay crane. According to data tested by the vibration table of the scale model of the quay crane, it is tound that under the overwhehning majority of working conditions with uplift or deraihnent occulting values of the response index of uplift and deraihnent are larger than the two theoretical values-critical horizontal accelerated speed of the center of gravity and critical horizontal displacement of the fi'ame, which means that the two critical indexes can confidently be used to judge whether the container crane occurs uplifted or derailed or not.
