摘要
介绍了低温LPG工艺管线特性,结合某液体化工港口低温LPG装卸工艺系统工程实例,分析了低温LPG工艺管道布置设计特殊要求,低温阀门选型和低温LPG管线保冷结构的不同要求,以及低温管道管托结构和设置中需要特别注意的事项,达到安全生产和节约投资的目的。
Based on the engineering project of the low temperature LPG handling system in the actual example in the liquid chemical port, the characteristics of piping are introduced and the requirements of the low temperature LPG handling piping design are analyzed. As well as ditterent requirements of low temperature valve selection and pipeline cold insulation, the structures of low temperature piping and some announcements in installation are also analyzed in this paper. Finally, the aims of safety production and economical investment are achieved.
