合福高铁铜陵公铁两用长江大桥梁缝值长期监测技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 铜陵公铁两用长江大桥主跨为630 m,梁端设置的钢轨伸缩调节器伸缩量达到±600 mm。桥梁梁缝的变化量直接影响到钢轨伸缩调节器的服役状态,为了监测桥梁梁缝值的变化情况,采用振弦式监测系统,实现对桥梁梁缝值的实时在线监测。通过监测数据分析,桥梁梁缝值在调节器允许伸缩范围内,桥梁在温度荷载作用下是均匀伸缩的;桥梁梁缝值的变化与桥梁的温度跨度和大气温度密切相关。研究成果为我国类似大跨度桥梁钢轨伸缩调节器的设置提供重要的技术参数,为养护维修部门对调节器的服役状态评估提供数据支撑。 The main span of the combined bridge over Changjiang River at Tongling is 630 meters and the expansion amount of the rail expansion joint at the beam end reaches up to ±600 mm. The change of the beam joint directly affects the service of the rail expansion joint. In order to monitor the change of the beam joint,this paper uses the vibrating monitoring system with real-time on-line monitoring of the bridge gap. Through the analysis of the monitoring data,it is found that the beam joint of the bridge is within the allowable telescopic range and the bridge is uniformly expanded and contracted under the temperature load. The change of the bridge beam joint value is closely related to the temperature span and the atmospheric temperature of the bridge. Research results can offer reference on the technical parameters of rail expansion joint setting of similar large span bridges,and provide maintenance departments with data support for the evaluation of expansion joints.
