摘要
北江大堤芦苞险段所处河段近年来河床演变剧烈,北江大堤一侧的左汊逐年下切,水流动力不断增加,急需采取发展中汊限制左汊的综合治理措施,消除防洪安全隐患。结合险段现状安全评估及数值模拟成果,分析了险段目前存在的安全隐患,并提出综合治理措施,综合治理,兼顾交通、航运,根本解决险段防洪安全问题,可为多部门联动在大江大河险段治理及基础设施规划建设提供参考。
The Beijiang Dike Lubao dangerous section is located in the reach,where the riverbed has undergone radical changes in recent years. The left-branch of the Beijiang Dike is corraded year by year along with increasing water mobility,whence it is imperative to adopt a comprehensive management of developing the middle-branch while restricting the left-branch,to eliminate the hidden dangers of flood control. Based on the current situation of safety assessment and numerical simulation results,the article analyzes the existing security risks in the dangerous Section, and puts forward the comprehensive control measures. The comprehensive treatment give consideration to traffic and shipping,thoroughly solve the safety problems of flood control. It will demonstrate the role of multi-sector linkage in the management of dangerous sections of great rivers,and play an exemplary role in the planning and construction of infrastructure.
