摘要
单片开关电源具有体积小、输出纹波小、效率高等特点,在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用。基于PI单片开关电源芯片DPA425PN设计了一种20 W反激开关电源,开关频率为300 kHz,输入直流42~60 V,输出直流12 V,输出电流0~1.7 A。详细描述了反激开关电源的设计过程及参数计算,并给出了电路的原理图以及测试结果。测试结果显示,输出12 V稳定,最大输出电流1.7 A,最大输出功率20W,效率可达83%,该电源满足设计需求。
Single-chip switching power supply has a small volume, small output ripple and high efficiency, and has been widely used in industrial production. A 20 W anti-shock switching power supply is designed based on PI single-chip switching power supply chip DPA425 PN. The switching frequency is 300 kHz, input DC voltage is 42 to 60 V, output voltage is DC 12 V, and output current is 0 to 1. 7 A. The design process and parameter calculation of the anti-shock switching power supply are described in detail, and the circuit schematics and the test results are given. The experimental results show that the switching power supply can output a stable voltage of 12 V, the maximum current is 1.7 A, the maximum power is 20 W, and the efficiency is about 83%. This power supply meets the design requirements.
