摘要 以"卓越工程师教育培养计划"为指导,针对自动化专业运动控制专业方向人才培养模式存在的实践驱动创新理念不足、模块、层次化架构不清、不能满足社会发展新需要等问题,确立了运动控制方向人才培养模式的思路和教学理念。并构建运动控制系统架构合理、层次化、模块化的课程群体系,对于课程群体系的教学内容、教学方法、教学模式、实践教学和考核评价体系等方面采取切实有效的改革措施。新的培养模式带动专业教学团队建设和学生创新能力的发展,在理论、实践教学过程中获得了同行、学生一致的好评,取得了一系列的探索实践经验和成果。 The talent training mode of motion control direction for automation specialty has some problems such as lacking the innovative idea of practice driving, the fuzzy structure of the module and the hierarchy, and the failure of meeting the social development. In this paper, the reform proposal of the talent training mode is put forward based on the instruction of the program for educating and training the outstanding engineers. The mainly reform practice implemented of motion control system courses group includes establishing the thinking and teaching idea of the training mode of motion control, building a reasonable, hierarchical and modular curriculum group system, and adopting some effective reform measures about teaching content, teaching method, practice teaching and evaluation system. New training mode drives the construction of professional teaching team and the development of students′ innovative ability. The favorable effect and a series of reform achievements have been obtained in the theory and practice teaching.
