A Four-dimension Three-level Laboratory Open System for Management Majors Based on Cloud Technology

摘要 管理类实验室传统的集中式管理模式难以满足学生实践的碎片化、移动化和个性化需求。通过问卷的方式,对武汉科技大学管理学院大四120名学生,从实验教学、赛事训练、项目实践、实验室开放4个方面进行了调研。在分析结果的基础上,基于云技术建立了"时间、空间、内容、层次"四维开放模型:时间维从课内实验、单独实验课向课外自主实验扩展;空间维从固定场所的实验室向以云平台为支撑的移动Web端延伸;内容维从技术验证型、分析设计型向研究创新型提升;层次维细分实验、赛事和项目。武汉科技大学经济管理实验中心在多年实践的基础上,构建了实验验证-赛事模拟-项目实践三层逐层渗入式管理类专业实践教学体系,最终形成一个校企合作、资源共享、提升管理类学生实践能力的创新云平台。 It is difficult for the traditional laboratory management model to meet practice needs of management major students, i.e., fragmentation, mobility, and personalization. By way of questionnaires, this article made a survey on 120 senior students from School of Management in Wuhan University of Science and Technology. In the investigation, four aspects were involved: experiment teaching, competition training, project practice and laboratory opening. On the basis of result analysis, a 4-dimension open model of "time, space, content, layer" is established based on cloud technology. The experimental mode extends from class experiment, independent experiment course to extracurricular independent experiment on time dimension. Laboratories are extended to Web terminal supported by cloud platform on space dimension. There are three types on content dimension: verification, analysis and research innovation. There are also three layers on layer dimension: course experiment, competition and project. Based on practice for several years in Economic Management Experiment Center, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, a layer-dipped management practice teaching system was constructed. The system consists of three layers: course experiment, competition simulation and project practice. Eventually a school-enterprise cooperation innovation cloud platform was formed, and achieved resource sharing and enhanced the practical ability of management-major students.
