摘要
瓦斯灾害防治实验室具有对煤矿瓦斯综合防治的特殊性,因此,实验室安全管理工作有别于高等院校的安全管理。引入质量、环境和职业健康安全标准,构建了"三标一体化"安全质量管理体系模式,从人员、设备、煤样、报告、文件、评审、危险品、职业健康等方面,为瓦斯灾害防治实验室建立起比较详细、明确的安全工作规范,为检测活动以及安全管理提供了依据和标准,提高了检测工作质量,保障了实验室安全良好运行,对全国新建的瓦斯灾害防治实验室安全管理提供经验和借鉴。
Gas disaster prevention and control lab has the particularity of comprehensive prevention and control of coal mine gas, therefore, the safety management work of the laboratory is different from other laboratories in colleges and universities. This paper introduces the security standards of "Quality, Environment and Occupational Health" to build a security management system by integrating three standards. The system establishes a more detailed and clearer safety job specification for the gas disaster prevention and control lab, from aspects of personnel, equipment, coal samples, report, document, assessment, dangerous goods, occupational health, etc. This security management system also provides basis and standards for the detecting activity and security management of the lab, improves the detecting quality, and insures the lab safe running. This may provide experiences and references for similar labs security management.
