摘要
在微波条件下合成2,6-二甲酰基-4-甲基苯酚,通过对照实验,讨论溶剂、微波功率、反应时间对产率的影响,并确定最佳反应条件。实验表明:n(对甲苯酚)∶n(六次甲基四胺)=1∶2,三氟乙酸为溶剂,微波功率400 W,反应20 min,然后加入4M HCl,微波功率400 W,继续反应10 min,经过后处理反应产率达到57.8%。同时,通过熔点测定、红外光谱和核磁氢谱进行了结构表征。
The 2,6-diformyl-4-methylphenol was synthesized under microwave irradiation. The effects of solvent,microwave power,and reaction time on products yield were studied.The optimum synthesis conditions as follows: n( p-methylphenol) ∶ n( hexamethylenetetramine) = 1 ∶ 2,trifluoroacetic acid was used as the reaction solvent,reacting 20 minutes under microwave irradiation power of400 W,then add 4 M HCl,reacting 10 minutes under microwave irradiation power of 400 W.After post-processing the yield of product up to 57. 8%. The structure was characterized by melt point,IR and HNMR.
