玫瑰精B探针褪色光度法测定药物中的奥扎格雷钠

摘要 建立快速测定药物中奥扎格雷钠的褪色分光光度法。在pH 7.84的Tris-盐酸缓冲介质中,玫瑰精B与奥扎格雷钠反应生成具有2个明显负吸收峰的红色离子缔合物,最大负吸收波长位于506 nm,次大负吸收波长位于574 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(κ)分别为3.64×10~4L/(mol·cm)(506 nm)和2.85×10~4L/(mol·cm)(574 nm),奥扎格雷钠的质量浓度在0.02~3.0 mg·L^(-1)范围内服从比尔定律。当采用双波长负吸收叠加测定时,表观摩尔吸光系数(κ)可达6.49×10~4L/(mol·cm)。加标回收率(n=6)和相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)分别为99.12%~99.52%和0.8%~1.3%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,用于市售奥扎格雷钠药物中奥扎格雷钠的测定,结果满意。 To establish a new fading spectrophotometry for the fast determination of ozagrel sodiumin drug. In a Tris-hydrochloric acid buffer medium of pH 7. 84,rhodamine B reacts with ozagrel sodium to form a red ionic association complexes with two obvious negative absorption peaks.The maximum negative absorption wavelength was located at 506 nm and the second largest negative absorption wavelength was located at 574 nm.The apparent molar absorptivity( κ) were 3. 64×10^4 L/( mol·cm)( 506 nm) and 2. 85×10^4 L/( mol·cm)( 574 nm) respectively.Beer's law was obeyed in definite mass concentration range within 0. 02 - 3. 0 mg·L^-1 of ozagrel sodium.When the double-wavelength negative absorption superposition method was used to determine the concentrations of ozagrel sodium,its apparent molar absorptivity( κ) of 6. 49×10^4 L/( mol·cm) can beattainable.The method has been applied to the determination of ozagrel sodiumin drugwith theadding standard recoveryrate( n = 6) and RSD( n = 6) of 99. 12% ^ 99. 52%and 0. 8%- 1. 3%respectively.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,it was applied to determine the content of ozagrel sodium in commercially available ozagrel sodium drugs with satisfactory results.
