浮法玻璃材料的LA-ICP-MS定量分析方法研究

摘要 目的建立浮法玻璃材料13种目标元素(~7Li、^(25)Mg、^(51)V、^(55)Mn、^(59)Co、^(85)Rb、^(88)Sr、^(90)Zr、^(137)Ba、^(139)La、^(140)Ce、^(178)Hf、^(208)Pb)的LA-ICP-MS定量分析方法,并考察目标元素的鉴别能力。方法采用激光剥蚀采样,电感耦合等离子体质谱分析,通过浮法玻璃样品指纹元素的配对比较分析,鉴别不同来源的玻璃样品。结果该方法检测限为0.02 mg/kg(Co)~2.27 mg/kg(Sr),定量限为0.05 mg/kg(Co)~7.55 mg/kg(Sr),准确度为90.16%(Hf)~103.02%(Sr),日间精密度为1.55%(Zr)~6.50%(Pb),日内精密度为2.30%(V)~7.56%(Ba);通过指纹元素的配对比较分析,成功鉴别超过88%的配对样品。结论所建立的LA-ICP-MS定量分析方法灵敏度高、精密度良好、简便快速、鉴别能力出色、对样品微损,适合法庭科学玻璃物证材料的分析与鉴别。 Objective To develop a method for the quantitative analysis of 13 target elements(^7Li,^25Mg,^51V,^55Mn,^59Co,^85Rb,^88Sr,^90Zr,^137Ba,^139La,^140Ce,^178Hf,^208Pb) in float glass by LA-ICP-MS, and evaluate its capacity to discriminate different glass samples. Methods The float glass samples were prepared by laser ablation and analyzed by ICP-MS. Glass samples of different sources were discriminated by pair-wise comparison with target elements. Results The limit of detection ranged from 0.02 mg/kg(Co) to 2.27 mg/kg(Sr). The limit of quantification ranged from 0.05 mg/kg(Co) to 7.55 mg/kg(Sr). The accuracy ranged from 90.16%(Hf)-103.02%(Sr). The inter-day and intra-day RSD were from 1.55%(Zr) to 6.50%(Pb) and from 2.30%(V) to 7.56%(Ba), respectively. More than 88% of the possible 435 pairs were successfully discriminated.Conclusion The established method is simple, fast, highly sensitive and of good precision. It provides an excellent approach to discriminate float glass samples for forensic purpose, and only causing minor destruction to the samples.
