Research on the Spatial Modeling of Urban Public Sports in the Context of Better Life

美好生活是中国人民最切实、最本质、最朴素的渴望。塑造良好的城市公共空间环境将有利于提高群众的生活幸福感,满足群众对美好生活的渴望。研究采用数据分析法、文献阅读法、举例例证法、逻辑推演法等研究方法,基于"美好生活"理论视角,对目前社会公共体育服务空间出现的乱象及其根源进行剖析,最终从可行性角度提出大力发展社会公共体育场地资源,对空置场地加以测量和安排,公办与民营共举,满足群众增长的健身需求;政府牵头对部分干扰性较大的运动进行规范化治理,划清场地范围和运动时间,引入相关运动协会共同治理,对部分顽固问题可引入奖惩机制;联合社会各界相关专家,加快发布专项治理政策,对部分民营企业引发的行业乱象积极予以监督整治;大力培育社会体育指导员,举办短期体育知识讲座,引入志愿体育指导员机制等建议,为实现人民美好生活、为2020全面小康社会公共体育服务体系全面建成提供策略支持。

A better life is the most tangible, essential and simple desire of the Chinese people. A well -shaped urban public space environment will help improve people＇s sense of well -being and meet the people＇s desire for a better life. Research methods such as data analysis, literature review, example exemplification, and logic deduction were adopted. Based on the ＂better life＂ theory-, the chaos and roots of current social public sports service space were analyzed. From the perspective of proposing to develop the resources of public sports stadiums, measuring and arranging vacant venues, and public and private cooperation to meet the growing fitness needs of the masses; the government takes the lead in regularizing some of the more intrusive sports and clearing the scope of the venues. Sports time, the introduction of related sports associations to co - govern, for some stubborn problems can introduce rewards and punishment mechanisms; associated with relevant experts from all walks of life to speed up the release of special governance policies, actively monitor and rectify- the industry- chaos caused by some private enterprises; vigorously nurture social sports instructors, organize short -term sports knowledge lectures, introduce vol- unteer sports instructors and other suggestions, and try- to provide strategic support for shaping the ＂people＇s good life＂ and building a comprehensive well - to - do society public sports service system for 2020.
