非营利机构在世界各国乃至世界性组织中数不胜数,他们在国际救援、人权与难民、慈善、环保、公益等领域发挥着不可替代的作用,这其中体育非营利机构更是为人们所熟悉。我国现行体育非营利机构大多隶属于体育行政主管部门,由国家全额拨款,因此并非真正意义的体育非营利机构。在当下机构改革的大潮中,转制现有的体育组织和团体,成立新的体育非营利机构,对于我国体育事业以及体育产业的健康发展都至关重要。

Non- profit organizations are numerous in countries and even worldwide organizations. They play an irreplaceable role in international rescue, human rights and refugees, charity-, environmental protection, and public welfare. Among them, sports non - profit organizations are more familiar with people. Most of China＇s current sports non - profit organizations are af- filiated to the sports administrative department, and are fully funded by the state. Therefore, they are not truly sports non - profit organizations. In the current wave of institutional reforms, the transformation of existing sports organizations and groups and the establishment of new sports non - profit institutions are crucial to the healthy development of China＇s sports industry and sports industry.
