竞技体育中兴奋剂使用不仅违背了奥林匹克精神,而且践踏了体育伦理道德,引起系列社会问题。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对自1968年以来运动员服用兴奋剂数据进行研究,研究结果显示:竞技体育中兴奋剂使用带来的伦理危害违背了"尊重"原则、"不伤害"原则、"公正"原则、"行善"原则;体育价值观念的扭曲、利益因素的驱使、竞技体育竞争的残酷性和体育赋予政治化影响、高科技成果的隐蔽性和检测方法的滞后性、社会评价的偏失是竞技体育中兴奋剂使用产生的社会根源;构筑了竞技体育中兴奋剂使用伦理困境的化解途径:加强反兴奋剂宣传力度;加强竞技体育伦理道德的教育;完善法律法规,加强有效监督与管理;加强反兴奋剂检测方法的研究,注重社会科学领域的相关研究;理性取舍"义和利"关系。
