改性水润滑聚乙烯材料摩擦学性能的模糊综合评价 被引量:2

摘要 综合摩擦磨损试验和模糊综合评价方法,评价质量分数0.5%、1%、3%愈疮树脂改性的高密度聚乙烯的综合摩擦学性能。将摩擦因数、磨损量、摩擦因数的稳定性与试验的具体工况相结合,构建综合评价模型,通过模糊综合评价方法计算出模型中各评价指标的权重。结合试验数据,计算出每种材料的摩擦学性能综合评价指数。结果表明,愈疮树脂质量分数为0.5%的复合材料的综合评价指数最小,可以得出该高密度聚乙烯复合材料摩擦学性能最好。该结论与文献所得的结论一致,验证了该方法的可行性。 Friction wear test and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were synthesized to evaluate the comprehensive friction performance of high density polyethylene with Guaiacum of 0. 5%,1% and 3% in weight. The friction coefficient,wear rate,the stability of friction coefficient and the specific conditions of trials were combined to build a comprehensive evaluation model,and the weights of the indexes in the model was calculated through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Combined with the test data,the comprehensive evaluation index of the friction performance of each material was calculated. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation index of the complex material with Guaiacum of 0. 5% in weight is the least,it can be concluded that this high density polyethylene complex material has the best friction performance. The conclusion is consistent with the conclusions drawn by the relevant literature which verifies the feasibility of the method.
