摘要
高速主轴滚子轴承运行时,其内部的动态摩擦力矩是决定轴承摩擦磨损、发热、温升及寿命等高速性能的关键技术参数之一。利用平衡力矩法原理,针对滚子轴承的具体结构特点和运行条件,研制一种高速主轴滚子轴承动态摩擦力矩测量试验机。该试验机可以在轴承不同游隙、不同转速、不同载荷等工况条件下进行动态摩擦力矩的测试,也可以用于监测轴承全寿命周期内各个阶段的动态摩擦力矩变化情况。该试验机测试结果与文献模型计算结果具有很好的一致性,验证基于平衡力矩法的原理测量高速主轴滚子轴承的动态摩擦力矩是可行的。
The internal dynamic friction torque of the high-speed spindle roller bearings is one of the key technical parameters determining the high-speed performance of the bearing,such as friction and wear,heat,temperature rise and life.Based on the principle of balance torque method,a dynamic friction torque testing machine for high speed spindle roller bearings was developed according to the specific structural characteristics and operating conditions of roller bearings. The tester can measure dynamic friction torque of the bearings with different clearance,different speed,different load conditions,can also monitor the dynamic friction torque in all stages of the bearing life cycle. The test results of the test machine are in good agreement with the results of the model in the literature,validating thta it is feasible to test the dynamic friction torque of the high speed spindle roller bearing based on the principle of balance moment method.
