聚偏氟乙烯负载过硫酸钠超滤膜的制备

摘要 通过成膜后浸渍的方法制备了Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF超滤膜。利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM和接触角测定仪等表征方法对Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF超滤膜进行表征。结果表明,PDMAEMA接枝在PVDF上后,通过浸渍法成功使过硫酸钠负载于PVDF膜上,浸渍后对PDMAEMA在PVDF上的接枝并无影响。Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF超滤膜的结构出现了多孔表层、指状孔和海绵状孔结合的亚层,PDMAEMA的加入对超滤膜的结构没有影响。Na2S2O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF超滤膜的初始接触角为20.6°,亲水性有所提高。 Na_2S_2O_8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF ultrafiltration membranes were prepared by immersion process and characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and contact angle tester techniques.The results showed that sodium persulfate was successfully anchored onto PVDF membrane after grafting PDMAEMA onto PVDF,and the prepared PDMAEMA was scarcely changed after immersion.Na2 S2 O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF ultrafiltration membrane had porous surface layer,dactylo and sponge-like porous sub layer.The addition of PDMAEMA had no effect on the structure of Na2 S2 O8@PVDF-g-PDMAEMA/PVDF ultrafiltration membrane. The initial contact angle of membrane was 20.6°,indicating its hydrophilic ability was increased.
