“一带一路”国家经济社会发展水平测度与评价研究——基于丝路沿线64国指标数据的分析

Research on the Measurement and Evaluation of National Economic and Social Development from the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"建设是一项宏大而又复杂的系统工程,若要实现"突出重点、远近结合,有力有序有效"地建设推进,对丝路国家经济社会发展水平的基础性研究十分必要。据此,以可持续发展理论"均衡、开放、包容、共同发展"的新理念为理论依据,在对国际组织典型经济社会发展评价指标体系的理论支撑、组织宗旨进行梳理分析的基础上,构建了"一带一路"国家经济社会发展评价指标体系,从可持续发展、竞争力和开放度三个方面对沿线64国经济社会发展水平进行了测度和评价,旨在得出沿线国家经济社会发展状况的重要特征,为沿线各国做好政策沟通、战略对接以及企业部门更好地选择投资国与投资方向提供决策参考。

The construction of＂The belt and road＂is an immense and complicated Systematic Project.It is important to know the economic and social development level of related countries under the guidance of＂Emphasizing the key points,integrating distal and proximal region,and Executing,Ordering Efficiency＂.This paper is adopted the new philosophy of ＂Balance,Open,Inclusion and Common development＂,analyses the theoretical foundation and organizational objective of the typical countries of economic and social development evaluation system,and finally,establishes ＂The belt and road＂state economic and social development evaluation system with 3 aspects as sustainability,competitiveness and opening degree.Through the measure and evaluation of 64 countries＇ economic and social development,this paper concluded the main characteristics of related countries＇ economic and social development.And it could be a reference for governments to take their communication policy and for enterprises to choose investment country and investment direction.
