中国双向FDI的绿色生产率溢出效应——基于动态面板模型的实证检验

Effects of Two-way FDI on Green Productivity Spillover in China:An Empirical Test based on Dynamic Panel Model

中国正以东道国和投资国双重身份在国际资本舞台扮演愈发重要的角色。在理论分析双向FDI对绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)影响机理的基础上,利用2003-2015年中国省际面板数据,采用非径向、非角度SBM模型和DEA-GML指数综合评价了中国省际GTFP,并构建动态面板模型,系统考察了双向FDI对中国GTFP的影响及其区域差异。研究发现:样本期内中国GTFP整体增长缓慢,且具有明显的阶段性和省际异质性特征;外商直接投资对中国GTFP增长扮演了"助推器"的角色,对外直接投资则扮演了"绊脚石"的角色,双向FDI的良性互动显著促进了中国GTFP增长;双向FDI对中国GTFP的影响呈现区域非均衡特征。

China plays an important role in the international capital stage,both as a host country and an investor.This paper first analyzes the effect mechanism of two-way FDI on green total factor productivity（GTFP）.Then,based on the provincial panel data in China from 2003 to 2015,this paper measures the GTFP in China with non radial and non angle SBM model and DEA-GML index,and systematically examines the impact of two-way FDI on GTFP in China and its regional differences by constructing a dynamic panel data model.The results show that in the sample period,the overall growth of GTFP in China is slow,and it has obvious characteristics of stage and interprovincial heterogeneity.Foreign direct investment plays a ＂ booster＂ role in the growth of GTFP in China.Outward foreign direct investment plays a＇stumbling block＇role in the growth of GTFP in China.The positive interaction of two-way FDI significantly promotes the growth of GTFP in China.The impact of two-way FDI on GTFP in China presents regional non equilibrium characteristics.
