摘要
目的在深化医药卫生体制改革的形势下,建立健全医务人才评价指标体系。方法基于已有理论基础和研究结果,对某三甲医院现有的医务人员被试群体进行随机抽样,通过半结构化访谈与调查问卷施测的研究方法,对医院不同类型工作人员人才评价与遴选标准进行分析与调研。结果使用SPSS软件进行统计分析,得到不同类别医务人员的人才评价维度、指标及相应权重。结论结合客观实际初步形成医务人员人才评价体系,为人员招聘和人才选拔提供可参考的依据。
Objective Following the current tide of the deepening reform of China's medical and health system,establishing an evaluation index system of the hospital medical staffs is very important for hospital management. Methods Based on existing theory and research results,to analyze and research the standards for evaluating and screening of different types of medical personnel working in hospital,samples were randomly chosen from medical personnel in a A-level tertiary hospital,and semi-structured interview and questionnaire were used. Results SPSS software was used for statistical analysis,and evaluation dimensions,indexes and relative weights for different types of medical personnel were acquired. Conclusion Integrating with reality of the hospital management,a preliminary evaluation system of the hospital medical staffs is established,which could be reference for hiring the proper staffs and promoting the medical personnel for hospital.
