海军某部官兵门诊疾病谱调查

Survey on Disease Spectrum of Outpatients in a Navy Force

目的了解部队官兵疾病谱,研究其规律,并有针对性地提出预防控制措施。方法通过医院信息化系统,回顾性分析2016年3月至2017年8月在海军某岸勤部医院就诊的7 624人次的发病及门诊情况,调查收集的信息主要包括患者性别、年龄、所患疾病。结果被调查的海军某部队排在前五位的系统疾病分别为呼吸系统疾病、损伤和中毒、消化系统疾病、耳鼻喉系统疾病、皮肤性疾病,排在前五位疾病依次为上呼吸道感染、外伤、胃肠炎、皮炎、口腔黏膜溃疡。结论海军部队官兵有众多其特殊的易感疾病,在对海军部队进行卫勤保障时应有针对性,随舰军医要掌握疾病谱中疾病所需要的相应技能,补给的药品器材要与疾病谱相对应,才能有针对性地对疾病进行相应治疗。建议出海任务结束后及时加强营养补给,组织进行岗位轮换,组织进行整建制疗养。

Objective To understand the spectrum of officers and soldiers in the army,study their laws,and put forward preventive and control measures in a targeted manner. Methods Through the hospital information system,retrospectively analyzed the incidence and outpatient treatment conditions of 7624 visits to the marine service hospital of a navy unit from March 2016 to August 2017. The survey collected information mainly including patients＇ gender,age and disease. Results The top five system diseases of a naval unit under investigation were respiratory diseases,injuries and poisoning,digestive diseases,ENT diseases,and skin diseases. The top five diseases were upper respiratory infection,trauma,gastroenteritis,dermatitis,oral ulcers. Conclusion There are numerous special susceptibility diseases among the officers and soldiers of the naval forces. They should be targeted when conducting military medical support for naval forces. The naval forces must master the corresponding skills required by the diseases in the disease spectrum,and the supplies and equipment must be supplemented in accordance with the diseases. Corresponding to the spectrum,in order to be targeted for the appropriate treatment of the disease,it is recommended that after the completion of the mission to the sea,it is necessary to strengthen nutrition supply,organize job rotations and rehabilitation.
