文明城市创建活动中的居民满意度研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例

Research on the Resident Satisfaction of Civilized City Creation Activities——Taking Urumqi as an Example

本文基于乌鲁木齐市创建文明城市的模拟测评调查数据,把文明城市创建工作的测评内容精炼为10个因子,通过建立Logistic模型,研究影响乌鲁木齐市居民对文明城市创建活动总体满意度的主要因素。实证结果表明,公共部门社会服务水平、居民生活满意度、居民安全感和参加志愿服务积极性这4个因素对居民满意度始终有显著的正向影响,且后两个因素对满意度的提升作用较大。针对不同户籍和不同职业类型群体的研究发现,打击非法宗教的成效对提升居民满意度作用显著,但居民参与社会活动的积极性和道德模范的示范效应在提升居民满意度中发挥的作用还有待提高。今后,政府部门应下大力气提高公共部门社会服务水平,增强居民幸福感和安全感;在创城过程中应进一步提高居民参与社会活动和参加志愿服务的积极性;同时通过道德模范评选和宣传教育活动,努力形成一种追求至善、催人奋进的良好社会氛围。

This paper makes use of the questionnaire data about creation of civilized city activities in Urumqi to extract ten factors which summarize main information of simulation survey data. It aims to explore principal elements affecting overall satisfaction of residents in the process of creating civilized city by the means of logistic model. The empirical results show that social service level in public sectors,residents＇ life satisfaction,sense of security and volunteering enthusiasm have significant positive impact on the degree of satisfaction. Furthermore,detailed analysis is carried out based on different household registration and occupational groups. It is found that the effect of combating illegal religious activities also has a certain promotion effect on the satisfaction of the residents. But the role of demonstration effect of moral models and participation in social activities still needs to be improved in promoting the degree of satisfaction. Finally,some suggestions on the ongoing construction of the civilized capital city are put forward in the light of empirical study. The local government should strive to improve the service level of the public sectors and enhance the sense of happiness and security of the residents. In the process of creation of civilized city,it is necessary to further improve the enthusiasm of the residents to participate in social activities and voluntary services. By the means of the evaluation and propaganda of moral model,efforts should be made to form a good social atmosphere that pursues perfect goodness,normative behavior and inspiring achievement.
