关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床研究

Clinical Study on Arthroscopic Surgery in Treatment of Hip Joint Diseases

目的综合分析关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院在2010年1月—2016年1月收治的100例(130髋)髋关节疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(应用关节镜手术治疗方法,50例)和对照组(应用常规手术治疗方法,50例)。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析100例髋关节疾病患者随访12个月后的Harris评分和患者总满意率。结果对照组患者的平均Harris评分为(80.22±10.22)分,实验组患者的平均Harris评分为(95.32±5.12)分,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床治疗效果下显著,具有创伤小和术后恢复速度快等特点。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of arthroscopic surgery in treatment of hip joint diseases.Methods 100 cases（130 hips） of patients with hip joint diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the experimental group were treated with arthroscopic surgery and the control group used the routine therapy, and the 100 cases were statistically analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 statistical software, and the Harris score and total satisfactory rate were compared. Results The average Harris scores in the control group and in the experimental group were respectively（80.22±10.22）points and（95.32±5.12）points, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery in treatment of hip joint diseases is obvious, with small wound and rapid recovery rate after surgery.
