快速康复外科理念运用于痔疮患者围手术期中的临床价值研究

Clinical Application Value of Fast Track Surgery in the Patients with Hemorrhoids during the Perioperative Period

目的探讨痔疮患者围手术期中运用快速康复外科理念的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2015年10月—2017年10月间90例痔疮患者,根据患者围手术期处理方法进行分组,分为传统组(n=45)和康复组(n=45),传统组患者实施传统处理方法,康复组患者运用快速康复外科理念,分析对比不同处理方法的护理效果。结果康复组与传统组患者术中出血量(10.4±3.7)mL vs(13.2±4.5)mL,下床活动时间(7.6±1.4)h vs(13.4±3.1)h,肛门排气时间(8.3±1.5)h vs(15.7±3.2)h,住院时间(5.6±1.1)d vs(7.9±1.5)d,创面愈合时间(8.3±2.1)d vs(12.4±1.8)d,术后6 h疼痛评分(2.5±0.4)分VS(3.4±0.8)分,并发症发生率4.4%vs 20.0%均差异有统计学意义(P=0.002、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.000、0.024)。结论痔疮患者围手术期中运用快速康复外科理念的临床价值高。

Objective To study the clinical value of fast track surgery in the patients with hemorrhoids during the preoperative period. Methods 90 cases of hemorrhoids patients admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the perioperative treatment method with 45 cases in each, the traditional group used the traditional treatment method, while the recovery group used the fast track surgery, and the nursing effect of different nursing methods was compared. Results The differences in the intraoperative bleeding amount,time to get out of bed, anal exhaust time, length of stay, wound healing time, pains scores in 6 h after surgery and incidence rate of complications between the recovery group and the traditional group were obvious, [（10.4±3.7）mL vs（13.2±4.5）mL,（7.6±1.4）h vs（13.4±3.1）h,（8.3±1.5）h vs（15.7±3.2）h,（5.6±1.1）d vs（7.9±1.5）d,（8.3±2.1）d vs（12.4±1.8）d,（2.5±0.4）points vs（3.4 ±0.8）points,4.4% vs 20.0% ]（P =0.002,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.000,0.024）. Conclusion The application value of fast track surgery in the patients with hemorrhoids during the perioperative period is high.
