探讨针灸康复疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

Study on Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Rehabilitation Therapy in Treatment of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

目的分析康复疗法联合针灸对腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗效果。方法方便选取2016年3月—2017年4月于该院接受诊断和治疗的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同以及治疗顺序将患者分为参照组和研究组,每组患者50例。给予参照组患者进行康复治疗,而研究组患者在康复治疗的基础上进行针灸治疗,将两组治疗前和治疗后的JOA下腰痛评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数进行对比,并对比两组的临床治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,研究组和参照组的疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的JOA下腰痛评分均有所提高,参照组为(20.34±2.17)分,研究组为(25.37±2.45)分(t=5.42,P=0.03);ODI功能障碍指数,研究组为(0.53±0.02)分,参照组为(0.62±0.07)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.23,P=0.04)均有所降低,且研究组的降低程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率(94.00%)高于参照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.33,P=0.03)。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者的治疗中,康复治疗与针灸治疗对患者疼痛的缓解效果更好,患者的腰部功能得以改善,治疗的总有效率更高,应用价值更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation therapy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods 100 cases of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the control group used the rehabilitation treatment, while the research group used the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on the basis of the control group, and the JOA lumbago score, and Oswestry dysfunction index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, there were no obvious differences in the pain scores between the two groups, without statistical significance（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the JOA lumbago score of the two groups were improved, the control group（20.34±2.17） marks, the research group（25.37±2.45）marks, the difference was statistically significant（t=5.42,P=0.03）, and the ODI dysfunction index in the research group and in the control group were decreased,research group（0.53±0.02）points and control group（0.62±0.07）points, the difference was statistically significant（t=3.23,P=0.04）, and the decrease degree in the research group was more obvious, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the total treatment effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group（94.00% vs 80.00%）, with statistical significance（χ~2=4.33,P=0.03）.Conclusion The rehabilitation treatment and acupuncture and moxibustion treatment can better relieve the patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, which improves the lumbar function, and the total treatment effective rate and the application value are higher.
