H型高血压患者采用半夏白术天麻汤加减综合治疗对改善血压及血浆Hcy的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究半夏白术天麻汤加减综合治疗H型高血压患者的临床疗效,并分析其对改善患者血压以及血浆Hcy的影响。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2016年12月期间所收治的82例H型高血压患者作为该次研究对象,按照就诊时间对患者进行分组治疗,研究组和对照组各41例,对照组患者应用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗,对比两组相关指标。结果研究组EMPs(420.52±53.64)个/mL明显优于(776.46±71.19)个/mL,研究组EMD(6.16±0.74)%显著优于对照组(4.96±0.61)%,研究组血清炎症因子水平明显优于对照组,且研究组患者的叶酸、维生素B12以及Hcy水平显著优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减综合治疗H型高血压患者的临床效果较为明显。 Objective To research the clinical curative effect of general treatment of modified banxia baizhu tianma decoction in improving the blood pressure and blood plasma Hcy of patients with type H hypertension and analyze its effect.Methods 82 cases of patients with type H hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group were treated with enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets, while the research group were treated with modified banxia baizhu tianma decoction on the basis of the control group, and the related indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The EMPs in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(420.52 ±53.64)numbers/mL vs(776.46±71.19)numbers/mL, and the EMD in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group(6.16 ±0.74)% vs(4.96±0.61)%, and the serum inflammatory factor level in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of modified banxia baizhu tianma decoction in treatment of patients with type H hypertension is obvious.
