小柴胡汤治疗小儿感冒72例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Xiaochaihu Tang in Treatment of 72 Cases of Children with Influenza

目的探讨小柴胡汤治疗小儿感冒的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年9月—2017年8月期间收治的72例小儿感冒患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,平均分为两组,一般组和综合组,一般组予以常规西药治疗,综合组予以小柴胡汤治疗,对比两组患儿临床治疗疗效。结果综合组:治疗效果显著17例、有效18例、无效1例,治疗有效率为97.22%,一般组:治疗效果显著11例、有效16例、无效9例,治疗有效率为75.00%,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.798,P<0.05)。结论使用小柴胡汤治疗小儿感冒临床疗效显著,降低了不良反应的发生概率,安全性高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of xiaochaihu tang in treatment of children with influenza.Methods 72 cases of children with influenza admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each, the general group used the routine western medicine, while the comprehensive group used the xiaochaihu tang for treatment, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the comprehensive group, the treatment effect of 17 cases was obvious,and 18 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective, and the treatment effective rate was 97.22%, in the general group, the treatment effect of 11 cases was obvious, 16 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective, and the treatment effective rate was 75.00%, and the difference between the two groups was obvious, with statistical significance（χ^2=5.798,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of xiaochaihu tang in treatment of children with influenza is obvious, which can reduce the occurrence probability of adverse reactions with high safety, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
