腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的临床治疗效果研究

目的探讨良性卵巢肿瘤应用腹腔镜治疗的临床效果。方法方便选择该院2017年3月—2018年2月收治的经腹腔镜治疗的30例良性卵巢肿瘤患者作为研究组,与2011年1月—2012年1月采取传统开腹手术治疗的20例良性肿瘤患者(对照组)进行比较,回顾性分析两组患者临床资料,统计学分析两组患者手术情况(手术时间、术中出血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间),以及术后血尿常规。结果两组患者手术时间比较(63.87±13.22)min vs(65.01±14.17)min,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组术中出血量更少[(77.09±8.56)m L vs(120.84±8.51)m L]、术后胃肠功能恢复时间[(1.39±0.33)d vs(2.65±0.45)d]与住院时间[(5.77±0.86)d vs(9.48±0.79)d]更短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后复查血尿常规,仅有1例异常,而对照组术后复查血尿常规,显示有2例血常规异常、3例尿常规异常,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗良性卵巢肿瘤疾病相比传统开腹手术治疗,可以更好地控制术中出血量,缩短术后康复时间,对血尿常规无严重影响,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscope in treatment of benign ovarian tumor. Methods 30 cases of patients with benign ovarian tumor admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2018 were convenient selected as the research group, and 20 cases with traditional laparotomy surgery from Janaury 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the control group, and the clinical data of the two groups were reviewed, and the operation conditions such as operation time, intraopertive bleeding amount, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of stay of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the postoperative blood routine was compared. Results The difference in the operation time between the two groups（63.87±13.22）min vs（65.01±14.17）min was not obvious（P〉0.05）, and the intraoperative bleeding amount and postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of stay in the research group were shorter than those in the control group[（77.09±8.56）mL vs（120.84±8.51）mL,（1.39±0.33）d vs（2.65±0.45）d,（5.77±0.86）d vs（9.48±0.79）d]（P〈0.05）, and in the research group, there was 1 case with abnormal blood and urinary routine by the reexamination after surgery, and in the control group, there were 2 cases with abnormal blood routine and 3 cases with abnormal urinary routine, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscope in treatment of benign ovarian tumor can better control the intraoperative bleeding amount and shorten the postoperative recovery time compared with the traditional laparotomy surgery without serious effect on the blood and urinary routine, and it is worth promotion.
