激光光凝治疗视网膜大动脉瘤的疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Laser Photocoagulation in Treatment of Retinal Arterial Macroaneurysm

目的探讨激光光凝治疗视网膜大动脉瘤的临床疗效。方法方便抽取至该院就诊的20例(20只眼)视网膜大动脉瘤患者作为该次的研究对象,收治时间段为2008年5月—2016年5月,对所有患者均给予激光光凝治疗,分析其治疗效果。结果术后进行为期3~12个月的随访,得知视力提高、视力不变、视力下降分别有14例、4例、2例,其中视力不变与视力下降的患者是由于出血对黄斑区造成累及,导致黄斑区水肿;眼底荧光血管造影后得知瘤体完全萎缩,其中16例无荧光素渗漏,3例仍有轻度渗漏,1例反复出血将瘤体遮挡且无法进行视网膜激光治疗。结论对视网膜大动脉瘤患者采取激光光凝治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者视力水平,值得在今后的临床工作中实践推广。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of laser photocoagulation in treatment of retinal arterial macroaneurysm. Methods 20 cases of patients with retinal arterial macroaneurysm（20 eyes） diagnosed in our hospital were convenient selected from May 2008 to May 2016, and all patients were treated with laser photocoagulation, and the treatment effect was analyzed. Results The patients were followed up for three months to 12 months, and there were 14 cases with vision improvement, 4 cases with constant improvement and 2 cases with decreased vision, and the causes of constant vision and decreased vision were due to involvement of macular region due to hemorrhage, and the tumor bodies totally atrophied after the fluorescence fundus angiography and there were 16 cases without fluorescein leakage, 3 cases with mild leakage,and 1 case had recurrent hemorrhage and failed to be treated with retina laser. Conclusion The effect of laser photocoagulation in treatment of retinal arterial macroaneurysm is obvious, which can effectively improve the vision level of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
